Privacy

A plain-language summary of how Wakepath handles the understanding your team records. This is a pilot-stage overview, not a substitute for your organization's own privacy agreements.

Our approach

Wakepath is built to hold sensitive understanding with care. We collect only what a support team needs to record observations and see patterns over time, and we keep each organization's records separated from every other organization's.

What we store

The product stores the observations, reviews, notes, and account details that your team enters. It does not build hidden profiles, and it does not use one person's record to make automated decisions about them. The support levels in the product describe how well current support fits — never a judgment of the person.

Who can see it

Access is granted by invitation through your organization's administrator and is limited to authorized members of your organization. Staff see the members and surfaces their role allows. Records for one organization are never shown to another.

How AI is used

AI in Wakepath is optional and bounded. It may help summarize patterns in what your team has already recorded. It never diagnoses, predicts, or generates conclusions about a person, and the product works fully without it.

Pilot data

During a pilot, organizations should confirm the appropriate agreements and internal review are in place before entering real, sensitive participant information. If you are unsure whether your organization is ready, check with your administrator first.
